If you already have an UltraPlusPAK or higher, the only difference will be the PlusPAK comes as DVDs or a download, whereas the UltraPlusPAK comes on a hard drive or as a download. The $139 upgrade refers to the UltraPlusPAK. Kallum: The PlusPAK contains the new RealTracks, RealDrums, MIDI SuperTracks and the 2014 updates to the program.
